In accordance with the Ministry of Manpower’s “Workplace Safety and Health Act”, patients are not allowed to be in the waiting area during daily cleaning times in order to prevent

  • Any risk of injury due to skidding on the wet/slippery floor; or
  • Obstruction of the cleaning process.

(1) Registration of Patients -

Our staff only conducts the registration procedures for the patients during the registration time.

New Patients - to produce original NRIC / original Passport / original Birth Certificate / original Work Permit and furnish other particulars required e.g. contact number, address etc.

Returning Patients - to produce PFCS Appointment Card / NRIC.

  • Each patient is allowed to obtain only one additional queue number on behalf of his family member or friend who is absent at the time of registration, however the NRIC / Passport / Work Permit of the absentee must be shown to the Counter Staff as proof of registration. The Counter Staff will not issue more than 2 queue numbers to a single patient in the queue.
  • In order to reduce the queuing time for each patient, the Counter Staff will endeavour to distribute the number of patients evenly to all the physicians on duty. Generally, the maximum numbers of patients that can be assigned to a physician would be
    -20 during the day, and
    -15 during the night.

(2) Waiting Time-

As actual consultation duration will vary across different patients, kindly wait patiently outside the assigned consultation room after collecting your queue number and you will be attended by the physician as soon as possible.

(3) During Consultation-

  • Every patient must attend in person during consultation.
  • While the patient may request for particular treatments, the physician shall have absolute right to decide the type of treatment to be applied on patient.
  • Free masks are available over the counter for patients who are having flu and cough.
  • Not more than two family members are allowed to accompany the patient into the consultation room, while strangers are strictly not allowed inside.
  • No photography, video recording or audio recording is allowed in the consultation room to ensure personal privacy as well as to avoid affecting other patients in the room.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises and in the vicinity of the clinic.

(4) Collection of Medicines-

After consultation, kindly proceed to place the queue number at the counter.

  • When collecting medicines, please hand over the other queue number to the Counter Staff and check that your name written on the medicine bag is correct before making payment.
  • If you are currently consuming western medicines, please consume the Chinese medicines and western medicines at least 1 hour (optimally 2 hours) apart.
