Can I withdraw a bid?
No. Bidding is binding. The outcome of the auction depends on the bidding, so if you place a bid and end up being the highest bidder, you are legally responsible to pay for the item. This applies even if you made the bid in error or changed your mind.

Who gets the bid if there are 2 bids with the same amount?
If 2 bids are of the same amount are received, the winning bid will be the one received earlier.

Can I reduce the bid amount?
Yes. If you have submitted an amount as your bid and wish to reduce it, you may email us contact@pfcs.org.sg to change the bid amount before the closing date on 15 November, 2359hrs. You must ensure that the reduced amount is more than or equal to the base bid.

When will I know if I have won the bid?
PFCS’s decision on the winning bid is final. You will be informed via email of your winning bid, and arrangements must be made for payment within 5 working days.

How soon do I need items I have bought to be collected?
We ask that you do so within 10 working days after the confirmation email has been sent to you after the auction ends. Items may be collected from our office from 25 November 2024, provided we have received and cleared payment. However, please note our office is not open on Saturdays and Sundays.

Why is the delivery of an item I've bought not included for free?
Many buyers collect their items in person or arrange their own collection or shipping. Also, delivery costs would vary significantly because of the size of items or delivery location. We prefer to give buyers the choice rather than effectively charging everyone a flat fee for delivery.

我可以撤回出价吗？
不可以，您的标价具有约束力。如果您是最高出价者，您在法律上有义务完成购买，即便是您提交错误的标价或提交标价后改变主意。

如果有 2 个相同金额的出价，谁会获得出价？
如果收到 2 个相同金额的标价，获胜的是较早收到的标价。

我可以降低出价金额吗？
可以。如果您希望在提交后降低出价，请在拍卖结止日期前（11月15日，晚上11点59分）发送电子邮件去 contact@pfcs.org.sg请求更改。新的出价不能低于底价。

我什么时候知道我是否赢得了竞标？
您将收到电子邮件通知，告知您赢得了竞标。付款安排必须在五个工作日内完成。关于竞标的结果，大众医院将有最后的决定权。

我需要多快提取我购买的物品？
我们要求您在收到电子邮件通知后的10 个工作日内提出要求。物品可从2024年11月25日起从我们的办公室提取，前提是已收到并清算付款。请注意，我们的办公室在每逢周六和周日关闭。

为什么购买的物品不包括免费送货？
许多买家更喜欢亲自提取物品或自行安排运输。此外，送货费用可能因物品大小和送货地点而有很大差异。我们希望为买家提供选择，而不是对所有人强加送货费用。
