Our Journey Through 50 Years

我们的 50 年历程

Founded in 1974, Public Free Clinic Society (PFCS) began with the mission to provide accessible Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) care for all, regardless of race, religion, or financial status. From its humble beginnings, PFCS has grown into a vital healthcare provider, offering free consultations and subsidized treatments across five locations in Singapore: Geylang, Tampines, Clementi, Jurong, and Bedok.

成立于1974年的大众医院，秉持着让所有人都能享受优质传统中医服务的使命，无论种族、宗教或经济状况。从一间小诊所开始，大众医院如今已经成长为新加坡的重要医疗机构，在芽笼、淡滨尼、金文泰、裕廊和勿洛五个地点提供免费的诊疗和补贴治疗服务。

Key Milestones 重要里程碑
1974: PFCS was established to make quality TCM care accessible to everyone.
2008: Launched Singapore's first and only mobile TCM service, the "Home TCM Treatment Team," providing free home visits for patients unable to travel due to mobility or health issues.
2024: Celebrated 50 years of community service, organizing a rare art auction to sustain its mission of offering affordable healthcare.

1974年: 大众医院正式成立，旨在为所有人提供优质的中医医疗服务。
2008年: 推出了新加坡首个，也是当时唯一的， “登门医疗组” ，为行动不便或有健康问题无法前来就诊的患者提供免费的上门服务。
2024年: 庆祝服务社区50周年，举办了一场珍贵的艺术拍卖会，以继续资助其提供可负担医疗服务的使命。

Achievements 成就
Providing care to over 15,000 patients monthly.
Expanding to 5 clinic locations and a mobile TCM service.
Maintaining services entirely through public donations and community support, while staying true to its values of compassion, inclusivity, and community-driven healthcare.
