PFCS held an extraordinary training course for 70 staff on April 14, April 23 and June 2, 2019, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The number of participants per classes was less than 25 people, so as achieve active participating, role-playing and self-assessment, encouraging participants to be brave to express their personal opinions.

The purpose of the training courses is mainly divided into three levels: knowledge, skills and attitudes to improve and strengthen service capabilities.

PFCS’ service process starts with three operations: "receiving customers" (counters), "providing services" (diagnostics), and "finishing services" (pharmaceuticals). Staff must understand the overall pattern of services and understand the "service golden triangle" criteria from a macro perspective.
